Our Story

Our story begins with the merger of the Caribbean based Facey Telecom and Asia Pacific based Oceanic Communications Ltd, taking the best elements of both companies. This merger resulted in the creation of the Interlinc Group with a combined revenue of over US$400 Million that employs 600 staff in 19 countries. The merger was a result of us understanding the needs of our customers who want solutions that are convenient, efficient and suit their workplace to match the ever changing transactional and logistical landscape.

Our Commitment

Our commitment to our clients is simple, “Forward thinking solutions” for their ever-evolving business needs. We will enforce robust environmental health and safety standards that protect our employees, customers, contractors, the public and property against incidents. This will be supported through regular quality assurance and audit exercises to measure and improve our work.

Careers at Interlinc

Staff are employed on fair terms in a safe workplace with good facilities.
We have a Health and Safety in Work Policy. The policy forms part of the company’s structured safety management system which includes a Health and Safety at Work manual and Employee Handbook in each operation.
We have adopted an EEO approach to our recruitment with the aim to ensure that all internal and external applicants for employment are treated according to their skills, qualifications, abilities, aptitudes, and attitudes without negative regard to factors such as gender, marital status, disability, ethnic background, or age. We also enforce a No Child Labour policy.
